Flight Instructor Ratings and Endorsements
A Flight Instructor Rating (FIR) is an operations rating. Flight Instructor Ratings with a helicopter category endorsement allow you to conduct pilot training for multiple purposes (see CASR Part 61.1165 for more info). The initial issue of an FIR will be with a Grade 3 Helicopter Endorsement. We do however have a total of 7 courses to further your instructing career!
